Multi­spectral Imaging

The latest addition to the range of White Raptor’s services, multispectral imaging technology allows us to capture multiple images in wavelengths across the electromagnetic spectrum that are invisible to both the human eye and to standard digital cameras.

Multispectral aerial image capture allows us to see individual light frequencies from 'reflected light' both within and beyond the visible light range, including far-infrared and ultraviolet.

With the ability to capture images in several wavelength bands across the electromagnetic spectrum, our Multispectral Imaging services can provide unique data for analysis or viewing, for a variety of purposes.

From monitoring the health and growth of agricultural crops, to revealing evidence of historic hidden earth works and field lines. It can also help to detect crop and water stress, evaluate the condition of woodlands, map invasive plants, pests and diseases, as well as provide a unique and non-invasive way to conduct archaeological and historical site surveys.
